Miho Hatori was born on April 5, 1970 in Tokyo, Japan. Growing up in Tokyo, Hatori worked at a record store and also spun records as a DJ. She is primarily known as the vocalist of the New York City group Cibo Matto, and the first person to provide the voice of Gorillaz member Noodle. She also contributed vocals to Cibo Matto band-mate Sean Lennon’s solo album, Into the Sun in 1998.
